Yes, we do! We accept cash, credit, debit, Apple Pay, and checks (must follow requirements for checks). We do not accept Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal. For credit and debit card payments, there is a service charge of a 3% fee on all card transactions.  

We do not offer any warranty on our items. Once items leave the property, we are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping or your choice of delivery (you or someone else picking up your items). For in-store purposes, please inspect your items before purchasing to avoid any conflict in the future. 

To exchange an item, the item must be returned to La Carreta in person within 3 days in the original condition that you received it. No torn or damaged items. La Carreta is not responsible for the item once it leaves the property. er to this item.

Yes, we do! We do offer delivery services for the San Antonio area for a fee. The fee includes 2 staff members, delivery, and unloading. To get a more detailed quote, please provide your address. 

Yes, we do! We offer touch-up welding services for any small metal items that may have rusted and broken over time for a small fee. 

Yes, we do! We offer paint touch-ups for our metal items that may have rusted over time for a fee. 

We do not often do custom items, but it is not off the table. Some items we may not be able to custom and others we will. We recommend getting in touch with us so we can find out for you. 

We do not offer layaway. Pieces are authentic and unique and other customers may want to purchase pieces on layaway so it will be on a first come first serve basis. 

We do not offer wholesale. We carry a low number of items in our store so shopping wholesale would not be ideal for us or our customers. For Weddings, Quinceaneras, and other social events we are able to provide better pricing close to wholesale prices if the quantity is above a certain number.
