Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once item(s) arrive, La Carreta Mexican Imports will review your order for exchange eligibility and reserves the right to deny any exchanges if item(s) are in bad condition. La Carreta Mexican Imports will only issue store credit, not refund items returned nor the value of the returned shipping paid.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exhanges (No Refunds):
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your items and will let you know if you were approved or denied for our online store credit. The best way to ensure you have received store credit through our gift cards is to provide a correct and reliable email address. Upon approval, you will receive a unique code you'll be able to provide during checkout.
Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours. Cancellations do not apply if the order was already sent out and tracking has been provided. Please be sure of your purchase so that you do not stumble upon issues with your order.

La Carreta Mexican Imports is a small business with a very small team handling online and in-store purchases. We work with artisans directly in different states in Mexico. Items are all handmade and most importantly, unique. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and expect variations from our onine catalog.

We do not accept returns. We only do exchanges or store credit in person. For online purchases, you may return your order for online store credit to La Carreta Mexican Imports within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your items. Once item(s) arrive, La Carreta Mexican Imports will review your order for exchange eligibility and reserves the right to deny any exchanges if item(s) are in bad condition. La Carreta Mexican Imports will only issue store credit, not refund items returned nor the value of the returned shipping paid.
We can accept exchanges as long as the clothing shows no signs of being used, carrying any smell of perfume or detergent, signs of being washed, or any damage to the embroidery. Please return online items within 14 days or 3 days if you purchased the item in-store.
We do not offer any kind of shipping for our large Talavera items due to a high risk of the items breaking during shipping by carriers.
We do not offer any warranty on our items. Once items leaves us, we are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping or delivery drop off. For in-store purposes, please inspect your items before purchasing to avoid any conflict in the future.
